- Design and coding
- Hosting & maintenance
Actually I've missed the fourth and most important step a chequebook, you can tell I'm not much of a businessman.

- I try to interpret what you meant and then decide I know best.
- An uncomfortable process of me asking you questions begins.
- The design/build begins and you see the site taking shape.
- We argue about the changes you want and then compromise.
- Suddenly it all comes magically together and we're both relieved.
- You happily pay thinking that was easier than I expected.
