As part of your Internet strategy allow for continual updating and development of your site.
I charge a fee each year, initially based on an estimate of how much time I'm likely to spend keeping your site fresh.
New pages can be added or extra features included as ongoing development.
This fee also includes hosting.
If you need a large amount of work doing in one year I might suggest you pay me some more money!
Generally that isn't the case but a complete rewrite would not be counted as maintenance.

Unlike many Content Management Systems, MODx allows complete flexibility in the layout of the web site. By encouraging the client to update the site it also helps to keep the ongoing costs down!
