Web Design
Fees are normally charged at 50% after initial design and acceptence with the balance payable after your web site is uploaded and running to your satisfaction with any initial adjustments made.
For small sites I usually just charge after verything is finished to your satisfaction.

Web Maintenance & Hosting
All fees are payable yearly in advance after an initial one months free settling in period.

Custom Coding
All fees are payable on completion of the project, or if it drags on for months I may ask for an interim payment!
